Evan Geeb is a Co-Founder and Partner at Shoreline Street Partners, a Santa Barbara-based real estate investment and advisory firm serving a select group of clients.
Evan is a seasoned real estate investment and development professional with a proven track record in acquiring, repositioning, and managing high-performing multifamily and commercial properties. From 2011 to 2024, Evan served as Head of Acquisitions and second-in-command at Granite Capital Group (GCG) in Santa Barbara, where he helped source, underwrite, and close over $500 million in real estate transactions—including value-add multifamily, townhome developments, mixed-use projects, and 1031 exchanges.
Evan has led or co-led the acquisition and execution of more than 1,000 multifamily units across key U.S. markets. He brings an institutional approach paired with hands-on execution—overseeing everything from deal sourcing and capital structuring to renovation planning, due diligence, and operational stabilization.
He holds a B.S. from the USC Marshall School of Business and an MBA from Pepperdine University. Evan lives in Santa Barbara with his wife and two children.

Prior to co-founding Shoreline Street Partners, Wesley was a Partner at Granite Peak Partners, where his responsibilities encompassed a broad range of advisory and investment services, including the sourcing and execution of acquisitions, dispositions, and debt and equity placements for investments of more than $200 million across all major property types.
Wesley gained finance experience as an investment banking, advisory services, and private equity investment professional across multiple industries. He was previously at Victoria Capital Partners (formerly DLJ South American Partners), a Credit Suisse affiliate and leading private equity firm focused on investments in Latin America with over $2 billion in assets under management. Wesley's responsibilities included M&A diligence and analysis, portfolio operations and monitoring, investor relations functions, and management of the firm's $850 million fundraise. Prior to Victoria and DLJ, Wesley was on the Structured Finance & Equity and Principal Investment Teams at Walker & Dunlop, where he structured debt and equity transactions across all major property types and evaluated acquisition and development opportunities for the firm's private equity investments.
Wesley received a B.S. degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University. He currently serves on the Finance Committee and Investment Committee of The Wolf Museum of Exploration + Innovation (MOXI) and the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Coastal Housing Coalition, a local nonprofit focused on achieving innovative workforce housing solutions along the Central Coast. Wesley was also appointed by the Santa Barbara City Council to serve as a member of the Downtown Parking Committee. Wesley lives in Santa Barbara with his wife and two children.
